$80 a fortnight meal plans
This fortnight I have concentrated on adding some Asian flavours to the meal plans with additions of garlic, chilli, ginger and lemongrass.
These 4 meals will make 16 separate meal for 1 person. If you are a couple or even a small family see how far these plans will take you as there is a lot of food in these four dishes. You can always add further meals from the $55 a fortnight meal plans.
Have on hand some 2-3 cup plastic containers with lids as then you can freeze individual meals and you don’t have to eat the meals all in a row.
Don’t forget that these meal plans are for emergency use on those fortnights when you really have to save some money to pay the car registration or pay for a school excursion. They may seem a bit grim but they do provide healthy satisfying meals for this price.
